Introduction and history

TS Décolletage located in Bedano, is a dynamic and flexible company. It has been in the market since 1996 and has enjoyed strong growth ever since.

Thanks to the know-how gained over thirty years of experience, our operating area of expertise is trimming with CNC TORNOS and PNC DECO 2000 machines. This enables us to turn bar materials with diameters from 2 mm to 32 mm up to a turning length of 200 mm.

Additionally, our super-finish sliding techniques make it possible to manufacture precision components. For instance, with our 7 µicro machine we are able to comply with a tolerance of 2 µicron. Also thanks to our latest-generation machines, we are able to turn generic materials and to carry out production to specification in large-lot as well as in small-lot series.

We work in different technological areas: e.g. medical electronics, dental technology, aeronautical field, micro-motor manufacturing, weapon components, etc. The materials used range from titanium to stainless steel and gold.
We are ISO 9001-2015 certified. In order to maintain these high quality standards, the room ambient temperature is constantly monitored and the quality controls are carried out with various measuring instruments and monitoring equipment.
